We’ll look at supporting mammary gland development during pregnancy, building the body for birth, and transitioning to lactation.

Four Saturdays, 75 minutes each class.

This course is the first in a series of five to be offered to mothers and healthcare providers, teaching the skills and science of a lactogenic diet, preventing and reversing milk supply problems.
